CESIM game round 1 started. Every week is a new round. The round ends on Wenesday. "-_- All the deadlines are like drawing nearer... Haha... Thats why when Mr A asked me how are you. I said I am dying. hahaha... Cos the deadline come and I die. hahaha...

Okie today learnt about recasting of financial statements. Haha... Coolss. I realized yeah... without recasting and clearing of distortion, comparison of companies' financial statements would be not so comparable and your comparison will be skewed. Cools. But then again, its difficult to recast and clear distortions. Haha... But it has finally come to light that all those ratios and stuff calculated are meaningless without recasting and clearing of distortions. This is the reason why I take business valuation under accounting and not BAF's equities. =] Cos you know that accounting numbers don't reflect the true economic reality and accounting business valuation teaches how to like try our best to make financial statements reflect its true economic reality. Equities teaches in a different direction and much more in depth into valuation techniques. However, I somehow feel that the first step in analysing financial statements would be to make it reflect its true economic reality. After which valuation models comes in. Haha... =]

Lots of people applied for jobs already and they have been awarded interviews. I have yet to apply for any. Stress coming all the way. Then again, I told myself this is the last chance I am giving myself. If this time round I apply and I fail to get any jobs from banks. I am not gonna put all my eggs into one basket. I will start to diversify already. I can go into marketing, I can go into accounting. Haha... Marketing seems so fun. Taking part in the luxury brands competition with Suyun. Haha... =]

Okie time to sleep. Life gets better. Problems exists for us to solve. Difficulties persist for us to overcome. =] Believe in yourself. Nothing is impossible.
