Today, I decided to spend time with my parents. It has been long ever since I go grocery shopping with them. So I suggested that we go to Tampines Gaint and then we shall go Ikea which is nearby to buy their meatballs as add on to our dinner. Haha...

I guess I have neglected them for some time because I have been going out with friends and am always giving excuses like I am too tired to feel obliged to accompany them out on weekends. But the fact is they have been yearning for me to accompany them and spend time with them. Today is the first time in a very long time ever since I saw them so happy. And its also the first time in a long time my mum never quarrel with my dad on a sunday. So ya... I think I should spend more time with them.

So we went to the Gaint and there was this Taiwan fruits section where there were a big crowd buying lychees. My parents joined in the crowds and got 3kg worth of sweet sweet lychees. Haha... So funny. And I saw gigantic watermelons. I snapped a photo of it... Seee...

It doesn't seem big in the photo... but in reality its like BIG... 20kg... Haha... So in the end we bought like lychees, kiwi fruits, crossiants, biscuits and the monthly magazine which I buy and supposedly read but actually I just look at the pictures. Hahaa... I love to read the magazine... Its very nice... Its called Mens Folio. Fashion is fun. =]

So after that, we went to IKEA to walk around and tabao meat balls and chicken wings backs home. Yum yum. Met Cassie Lee there doing her OCBC road show. Haha... Its a present surprise to meet her there. =] She is damn funny... OMG 你长大了! So tall... haha... Jokes... I miss the ex-DBS people... Limin, Yiwen, Ji Xiang and many many more people. But all of them are so busy working. Haha... Except for me who is extra free cos I am still schooling.
