Haha... A tiring day indeed... Non-ICT IPPT today at Bedok FCC. Boy... I was so damn high morale after completing my 4 static stations. Haha... Alll stations i scored the max 5 points... meaning gold standard can? Many people weren't able to get gold standard for their static stations and people queuing behind me were like mumbling about how they think from my static station results that I am some pro fit dude. Unfortunately, my 2.4 run proved that I am not that fit after all... so sad... My ankle was damn pain during the run lahz. Its an old injury when I hurt my ankle in the hills in Taiwan during ATEC and I stupidly didn't fall out and continued with all missions after getting hurt, the result of my stupidity back then is after taking care of it for a long period of two years, my ankle which should be supposedly fine isn't really that fine... Okie... No excuses lahz... Lousy timing means lousy timing... I think I never train running enough thats why 2.4 screwed up big time. Time to invest more time in HIIT to train for speed and endurance and cut down on the time gyming... cos I grow muscles oso like still look skinny. Hahaha... My weight is like 67kg but I look like I am only 55kg. Right? those who have seen me recently? Haha.... Muscles weigh heavier then fats, so ya... more muscles means heavier but small framed me wrapped with muscles oso still look small. Sound so depressing. Haha... But at least now my clothes fit better on me. There is marginal difference in physcial build lahz (in state of denial that i still look skinny). Hahaha...

Okie enough said about IPPT. After IPPT, I went home to wash up, have a quick dinner and rush to city hall to meet uni sem 1 frens. Haha... Sat around starbucks to chit chat and left at around 10plus for home. Haha... I am kind of tired... But i feel so high... I wan to do 50 push ups before sleeping. Haha... I am mad...
