Its monday!!! Time passes so fast... holidays gonna end soon. So sad... Today I did HIIT and went ClubFit gym afterwards in my uber broken Brooks track shoes. Hahaha... And I thought ClubFit gyms since they are neighbourhood gyms sure alot of aunties and uncles but oh gosh when I entered... Wah piang all young people can. All so big and well built... I am like the smallest there... Hahaha... Okie... Nvm... Everyone starts from somewhere... So yeah... I start from being so small... Maybe after 2 years I will become like them... Hahaha... The machines were all rusty and squeaky but well... thats why people pay a premium to use Cali, Fitness First and Planet Fitness gyms. I didn't dare to try the free weights because I think my strength still not enough to perform exercises with free weights in the right form and may get either injury or uneven muscle developments... So I only did machines... =] Goodie workout... I shall go more often...

Doing heavier weights really pump those muscles up... Haha... When I went home and washed up, hehe... my muscles stayed pumped up for a while and it looks bigger. Cool... Hope it will grow to the pumped up size soon and yeah... keep growing and make me look not so skinny. Wee~

And so the rest of the day rot... Yay... Haha... Rot while I still can, once school starts I will just get buried in my books again. Haha... Good day... =]
