Work today was boring. I couldn't connect to internet again on wireless@sg again. I think wireless@sg take off on saturdays because last saturday I couldn't connect also. Haha... On top of that, I was quite irritated by an auntie who never seem to understand everything I explained.

I explained to her like ten times the GST Offset package comprise of 2 components - GST Credit and Senior Citizen Bonus. So for all living Singaporeans over the age of 21 years old you are entitled the GST Credit. On top of that, if you are 55 years and above you get an extra component called the Senior Citizen Bonus. If you are not above 55 years old, you get only the GST Credit. If you are 55 years and above you get both the GST Credit and the Senior Citizen's Bonus. So if you apply for GST offset package, you get the money for whichever components you are eligible for. There isn't any seperate forms or applications for the senior citizen's bonus. After 20 mins of repeating this same paragraph to the auntie she still don't understand. So in the end, I ask her to just sign up and tell her that she will get her money.

Then after this auntie, there were tons of other aunties coming in to ask the same questions. Obviously, this auntie went out to spread the message that there were separate forms for senior citizen's bonus. But luckily this time, these aunties understood what I told them. Phew. Haha...
