Apple announced its long awaited iPhone... Wow!!!
Nice sleek design as usual. It packs a whole lot of functions: 16 M colours touchscreen display, multi-touch input method, accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate, proximity sensor for auto turn-off, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, bluetooth v2.0, operates on Mac OS X v10.4.8, 4/8GB internal memory, 2MP camera. I like the fact that its music player is iTunes and even on a mobile phone it looks exactly like the iTunes on computer with all its album art displayed.
Downside of this phone is the camera. It is not powerful enough. 2 MP only and I think there isn't any flash or even camera light. But well, once its launched I think it will sell like hotcakes mainly because of its design and branding, who cares about its lousy camera. Haha... I wonder if its Mac OS X will be a laggy OS like that of Windows Mobile on O2 and Symbian OS on some Nokia phones.
